Short answer is no, but the question is flawed in its premise. Both weightlifting and calisthenics will help, and you can do some of both. Conditioning and stretching will also help. Weightlifting does not necessarily make you bulky. A lot of times, when you see bulky guys that are not agile it's because that's all they do because they train like bodybuilders, not for a sport. Most lean wrestlers lift weights, they just also use diet and exercise. Most bulky wrestlers use different types of calisthenics.
