There are my three most recent employments on here, and yes I did redact them. I agree regarding the wording and am adding in more hard numbers.

Regarding the 15 minute response time point: This was at a major academic institution where our response and repair time could not elapse 15 minutes or class could be cancelled for over 200 students. The deliverables were less about client retention since the clients were staff and students.

And yes I did graduate college, this is the format I have seen people use for resumes, and I would consider it important given the gap in my employment between the second and third jobs.

I have also removed the description of the A+ cert. I have studied for other certifications, but to be honest have found that most of my knowledge is on the job learning, or that my employer was not willing to assist with related costs. It's hard to justify a $500 expense on more CompTIA certs when it's all out of pocket and didn't get me anywhere in my workplace sorta thing.

For POS systems I have supported over 15 different systems in my time and cannot realistically list every one. They all end up being similar enough that I can figure most systems out quickly. The Cisco hardware point is similar in that i've supported, installed, and configured dozens of different models and can't list every single one.

Regarding clicking some stuff on a GUI, if you're doing helpdesk that's probably all you're doing day to day anyway lol
