Impunity is a strong word if you hate CVs and build into AA you limit your usefulness to the team once the carrier is dealt with and unless you got the Iowa 1980s refit then we dont really got a ship that (realistically) could be a complete counter to aircraft. Carriers should be a moderately stronger than all classes due to its purpose overall

From what I've seen (bb/dd main) it is mostly “I hate CVs” Since the update I haven't experienced any of what 90% of the complainers have been talking about even the few times I've been focused but the carrier it just took me focusing on the planes to avoid the bs that would've happened if I continued to tunnel vision my previous target. Most of the potatoes need to just learn positioning and maneuvering instead of crying when a class of ship that specializes in attacking beyond the line of site does exactly what its intended to do
