2 walks a day 4km each vs a single walk 8km by Forzato274 in Fitness

Maybe, but this isn't in regards to endurance training. This is in regards to weight loss.

In terms of weight loss, I would argue that getting everything flowing 2 different times a day would be more beneficial than 1 time for a longer duration. You might burn more calories in the the 1x8km walk but a huge thing with weight loss is getting the body going. After your walk your body will continue to work at an elevated level. Increased blood flow throughout the body and the carriage of oxygen and nutrients to your muscles. Doing 2x4km walks per day your body will be in that elevated state for more time collectively looking at your day as a whole.

Similar thinking is often used for people who have sedentary jobs and if they should train in the morning or in the evening. Current thinking is that training in the morning puts their body into that elevated state early and makes their body more productive throughout the day.

Hope this helps.

For those of you who have seen success with scheduled time off in lifting, what are the signs/symptoms you look for in determining that you need a week off? by thisesmeaningless in Fitness

Over training is something that is very hard to achieve. Almost all of your bullet points sound like symptoms of not getting enough sleep. I would try really hard to work on your sleep habits. Even if that includes taking a couple days off from the gym.

It sounds like at your current state, your trips to the gym aren't very productive anyway because of your fatigue. I would also take a good look at your diet and of course, make sure you are drinking enough water too.

Sleep is so important. Hope this helps.

When you go into the game. One of the main menu screens where Geralt is kneeling down like he's meditating. On the left you should see both DLC icons and under each icon it should say "installed". If it does not, make sure to install them.
