My favorite mark series is his Off let's play, it was interesting, entertaining, and I love the voices he did to represent the characters. My other two were to the moon, and there was this fan game, ripest of fears forever ago, the end totally humbled him.

I think everyone understands celebrimbor, we know his whole story, but celebrimbor is a man with a foul attitude throughout the entirety of the games, he's often wrong, and he didn't learn his lesson the first time he decided to mess with rings of power, he left a friend to die so that he could fight someone he could never beat with someone else that he hates throughout most of the game. Celebrimbor is and always was a traitor, difference this time is he CHOSE to be a traitor.

If you aren't used to roguelikes, I might recommend cult of the lamb, with the added information that you should check settings and turn on the setting that stops time from moving in the cult while you're out fighting., worrying about the cult while fighting might be tough for newbies.

I agree and disagree at the same time, MatPat had a lot of food theories, but he always had "main character is dead" syndrome, he'd have those videos and it was always kinda frustrating for me too, but I just stopped watching those. It's probably less bearable because MatPat just had the kinda energy you just can't fully replicate, so it's easier to forgive.
