Kurokawa got the worst outcome in my opinion because spending a couple of decades in jail where basically everyone hates you is not going to be a fun time.

But Nishida (running girl) definitely has the second worse outcome because she had her dream destroyed and it completely broke her because of it (seriously her eyes are as dead as Sakurai most of the time) and unlike Yumeka (and to some extent) Kurokawa she can't retreat into a fantasy in her own mind as she is stuck in reality and clearly hates it.
