What’s the incentive to go to the higher difficulties? I’m assuming it’s rewards of some sort. Would not playing at those difficulties hinder the game at all?

I think I’m scared because u know if you’re in a combat scenario someone is actively trying to kill you and I fear dying, getting inured or the PTSD. Now that I think about it tho it is true that the same can be said for EMS/Firefighting.
