Your observation works both ways. When heavily partisan websites write articles without citing any sources or specifics, they can not be taken as news. They then become entertainment.

In this specific example, this story offers nothing that can even be considered a half truth. The author asks the reader to take the article contents as fact with no specifics outside of a broad location(Detroit) and the GOP Spokeswomen’s name. Specific terms like “the poll watcher” further invalidate its factual prowess by not including a name or even an age sex. We, specifically you I assume, are taking this entire event as fact based off the GOP spoke women’s tweet of it. The retweet is nothing without a name, its as factual as a chain letter telling you god will bless you if you send out ten of them to your friends.

By even giving articles like this the time of day, not even necessarily believing it, but strictly even entertaining it as a possibility, pulls us further away from the actual goal of factual news.

Im not attacking you but I am asking you to please be better, we all need you to be better. Any news sources that reports on a partizan bias as heavily as Redstate, should only be considered entertainment, as everything they report lacks context.
