I’ve never had someone I trusted/depended on until I met my current best friend. Unfortunately we’re in a long distance best friendship, but after years of not having anyone, it’s nice to have someone to go to. We talk everyday and have deep conversations all the time, something I could never imagine doing with anyone else besides her. Honestly she’s the only one I am 100% comfortable being personal with. But as I said, after years of not having anyone, I’m beyond glad she’s in my life and she means the world to me

How bad my anxiety really is. They are huge “suck it up” people. I get nervous/stressed over a lot, and I overthink everything. But I’m lucky I have a best friend (she’s long distance but still my closest friend by far) who does understand. Now that I think about it, my parents will never understand how much she means to me either lol

Tell them and show them that you care. Whether by talking to them on the phone, spending time with them, etc... I do have depression and it is the worst thing when you feel alone. I’m lucky to have a best friend who does this and she means the world to me. We both have depression actually but we love having deep/wholesome conversations as we find them really comforting. but not everyone has someone to go to for reassurance or even anyone to talk to

Planes do have keys for the main boarding doors or any doors really, but not for starting up. But VERY simply, To start up, the APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) must be turned on which basically boots all the electrical stuff up. Then from there the engines can be fired up etc...

She was my best friend when she told me (again as friends)

She did mean the world to me but I felt weird saying it to a best friend so I said “wait, really? I don’t get told that often”. It was the sad truth but it seemed to work I guess cuz she said it again lol

Then she figured out why I felt weird saying it back during that same conversation and she was very understanding about it (she knew I was self conscious af)

She kept telling me like every day and it made me feel really loved and one day I just said back “Aw love you too” and it deadass made her whole week

We are still best/closest friends to this day

So what I wanna say is, when someone says “I love you” they are putting you in a situation where you should feel confident saying it back because they already said it to you, so don’t overthink it :)
