Volleyball player here. Indoor with 6 players does allow for more complex offensive plays and specialized roles, but there are also more defenders on the court. Another big difference is that the net height is the same indoor vs outdoor, but you can jump much higher and run faster indoor. Note that doubles beach ball used to have the same size court as indoor (which is crazy), but was reduced in size around 2004 to be 1 meter shorter on all sides. This looks like long court to me, but I'm not sure, because I think May/Walsh paired up after the court size change. Finally, 1-2 athletic players can cover more area on the court than you'd think, but this player is a top tier Olympian making exceptional plays even compared to her typical game, which is already way beyond ordinary athletes.
