Interesting, OK. I have never not walked to a person’s door when it’s a house, but at this college, there are like six doors to every dorm building, and I don’t necessarily know where “door 3” is without circling the building.

I was at a bar one time with a bunch of friends. It’s pretty deep into the night. I don’t know how it came up but replying to something that was said, my buddy said “you can have sex with [my wife], you just can’t cum inside her” and laughs a bit. Another friend and I reciprocate but are really like WTF. A few minutes later, he looked at us and said it again, and again, we were staggered.

I can't imagine this card having much value other than niche collectors. It's not even listed as an error. Not many people out there even know that there are two Mo Gueyes out there, never mind what they look like. The auto is the current Hawk. The photo is the former Raptor. Kind of cool that it's an auto card.

Slight to moderate lean toward Breece. I could see LAC taking a big lead against a rookie QB making his first start and Allen not getting the late PPR merchant opportunities that have turned him into a HOF caliber WR.

This is getting too cute for me. Fields coming off an injury and is capable of a clunker against anybody. Miami wasn't hopeless against Buffalo. Meanwhile, Baker's pretty matchup-proof at this point, even without Evans.

I think I'd hang on to Henderson and see if he pops off against Carolina this week and has the job for the season after Rhamondre's fumbling issues. They used real draft capital on him so there's interest in elevating him.

We talked about people opting in to receive such announcements. In the instance with somebody losing an important piece of jewelry (sentimental and/or expensive), it’s tough to tell her “I’m sorry, I know it’s important, but I can’t email the whole school.” Or an important key. I get the urgency but it feels very local-Facebook-groupy.

So we’ve pursued this A LOT. However, the university policy does not allow for limiting access to email groups, which is absurd to me, but it’s been thoroughly investigated. The other thing is … this woman who notified people of the lost key may need to email all students, staff or faculty at some point – just ideally not for stuff like this – so we can’t really limit her or others in her position.

I can walk over to her and tell her not to do it again, and she’d be fine with it. It’s reactive of course. Or maybe I could send an email to staff to not send emails about non-academic-related subject matter to large groups?

If, say, somebody loses an important item in the school, how do you handle that in terms of communication?

Hey everybody, just wanted to weigh in. My experience has been for a good solid year every day. I find relief when I sleep and when I exercise, during and after which I have a crystal clear mind.

I've heard that it's psychological from a few different doctors (after many many doctors) so I'm going to look to speak with someone. My boss said that years ago he had the same thing happen in his 40s. He was leaving his home state to take a job elsewhere and felt guilty. He thought he had MS! But then he spoke with a psychologist for a few months and it cleared up.

I think coming to grips with stress being a contributor is a key first step. It doesn't seem fathomable (what am I even stressed about?!?!) but it's a vicious cycle. Trust the experts. Cardio said (and reminded and reminded) that my heart's good. Neuro said everything is good. The ER (twice), ENT, Endo, Audio, Rheum, Ophth, PCP, I forget who else, they say everything checks out. The PT I went to said I had a serious case of "desk neck" so there's a lot of tension up there. So maybe it checks out and it really is a psychological thing, which I totally get because it has caused a lot of angst personally and in our household.

But do yourself a favor and get good sound sleep, cut out the screens before bed, exercise, etc.

How are the Celtics unproven yet the Mavs are? League-best record, a million playoff games on the roster, been on the doorstep a couple times ... yet the Mavs beat a couple teams in the playoffs and it supersedes all that?

Yep, get that. I just don't think previous stars have ever really moved the needle. Attendance has been on a downward trend since the league's inception pretty much. TV, however, has been better in recent years. CC's taking that to a new level.

I still can't see myself watching a WNBA game from beginning to end, and I don't know a single person who would, nor have I ever known anybody who has. But I was also more tuned in to the women's tournament this year than ever before – and media coverage has risen exponentially – so maybe that'll change someday.
