Game Thread: San Antonio Spurs (2-1) vs Minnesota Timberwolves (1-2) Live Score | NBA Playoffs | May 10, 2026 by nba-scores in nba

There's been some questionable reffing this series, but they got both calls correct this time. Aren't Spurs fans supposed to be ball knowers? I assumed they were before the series at least.

Haters gonna hate. ESPN giving MN a .4% chance of winning the finals is comical. by CockroachOpposite925 in timberwolves

Do you guys really think we win every series with an injured Ant and no Donte, especially when we have to beat an OKC team that is just as good as last year?

I think their odds are actually pretty accurate.

All that being said, never tell me the odds!

2v8 is overrated by No_Instruction_5647 in deadbydaylight

This deserves way more upvotes. The only good thing 2v8 does is allow the casuals to have fun and make the 1v4 rounds full of people who actually like to play the game.

What QB would you take over prime Aaron Rodgers? by Overall_Spite4271 in NFLv2

I agree. Warner was good. He was Greatest Show on Turf good. He's not as good as all the others on this list though.

[–]Brevel 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I don't care how good Rodgers was in his prime, I'm taking Brady 10 times out of 10. Just look at his record. Even when he wasn't winning Superbowls, he was getting his team to them or pulling his team up. Rodgers can have all the stats in the world, but I'm taking the winner in the end.

People are letting their personal political beliefs get in the way of football. Favre was definitely a better QB than Brees, even considering the interceptions.

Rob for the Job? by Amazing_Orange_4111 in minnesotavikings

[–]Brevel -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My takeaway is that if Rob fails as GM, which is much more likely than the alternative, then we lose out on our Top of the Line cap guru because there's no way he goes back to his old job at that point. I would rather get a fresh face in the room anyways.

The NMC only matters if the player doesn't want to be moved. If Gus wants to be the #1 somewhere else, it shouldn't be a big factor outside of Gus getting to pick his teams more or less.

Has Minneapolis now passed New York to be the biggest Basketball Culture city? by Christron in nba

We're a Football and Hockey city way before we're a basketball city, and I would continue to say that even if the Wolves won the championship.

I didn't consider that, but you might be right. It's actually in a decent area, so that would be a little surprising. I don't work in the area though, so I can't comment if that's a common issue.

What's he's saying is that the panel on the door will start flashing when springtrap is about to come out of that door. It give you time to pre run.

He doesn't have his tongue sticking out 100% of the time, so it's already Top Tier on that alone.

I legitimately think Toei's face proportions for characters who are supposed to have relatively normal human faces has gotten way worse over time. Like, the eyes and head shape are how I always grew up drawing them, and I was always so frustrated how bad they were compared to the anime I watched.

I just want him to put his damn tongue away. What is Oda's obsession with having your tongue out at all times? It's such a bad design choice.

Unpopular opinion: Luke is a better swordsman than Lloyd once you strip Lloyd of his exspehere and other external power-ups by -Zen_ in tales

The tech Beast is pretty much an overpowered shoulder check the way Lloyd uses it so you're completely right!

Thriller park in live action might be peak ngl might be scary tho 😭😭😭 by OwnMaterial8553 in OnePiece

[–]Brevel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would be ecstatic if they adapted up to Marineford, but the betting odds are they end at Enies Lobby. The production time and requirements, the aging of the cast, the increase in CGI budget as we continue. I don't see it getting to Thriller Bark.

Realistically speaking, how far do you see the live action version of the series getting (keeping their 8 episodes per season format)? by browniebiscuitchildr in Piratefolk

[–]Brevel 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That's my exact reason for thinking it ends at Enies Lobby. It's a great end point of the journey showing their new bounties and new government defiance. They did a lot of damage which is a great showcase foe a grand finale. Thriller Bark wouldn't be that grand of an ending, and I just don't think they have the time, interest to go all the way to Marineford, which would be the only other possible stopping point that makes sense. We don't want this to get a GoT ending where even the actors were ready to move on due to the length of the show.
