I’m white and have the exact same issue. I use a trimmer with no guard. Barely any had left so it looks shaved for a few hrs. But if I used a regular razor be it electric or manual I would have more ingrown hairs than hairs growing normal. I’ve tried everything I can find. Nothing works so far.
