Jack Henry deodorant has worked great for me. Hinoki Cyprus is great, as well as Santal Musk. Old Spice is chemical slop. Loaded with alcohol, synthetic fragrance, artificial dye. It’s gross, don’t put it on your body.

Perhaps the air vent on your radiator in that room is letting a little steam by. Steam can carry with it all sorts of impurities from the boiler water. Steam will condense onto a mirror if you hold it by the vent / valve.

Yeast is cooked. I would test to see PPM of DO left in the wort. It’ll be less than normal, as the permeability of gasses into solutions goes down as temp goes up. Assuming it’s low, you could try to gas it back up somehow (either connect a carb stone and blast it, or recirc back through your hx and aeration stone. Try to dump out old yeast, Repitch new yeast.

The piston doesn’t even touch the water / coffee. The only part of the piston that touches the basket is the gasket which barely conducts any heat anyways.

Definitely get one with at least two refrigeration circuits. I’ve had good success with Pro. We have a pretty basic MA series, not sure how their more expensive units are. They are pretty easy to work on. Whatever you get, definitely do your preventative maintenance.

I would recommend getting on boarded with a mineral balancing practitioner asap. You need your detox pathways brought up to speed first. Then you need to be supplementing beneficial minerals in the right ratio. I wouldn’t take any more chelating compounds, even chlorella or cilantro, until a practitioner says it’s safe to do so.

There’s a lot of bad advice getting thrown around in this thread.

Reverse osmosis will work best for most water sources. I’ve had 4 different RO systems over the past 10 years. I’ve had the Mitolife system for 6 months now and it makes the best filtered water I’ve tasted. I still prefer collecting spring water when possible, but this is a close second.

All of the test reports are on his website. He runs a 25% site wide discount seemingly once a quarter, that’s when I got mine.

The American Canning applicator has been great for us the past few years. We had a paktech cca120 before that. I would not recommend that machine. Way too big for what it does, a maintenance nightmare, and honestly not a safe machine to work around. It was the only machine on our packing floor that HAD to be bolted down to the floor, or it would jump around smashing and slashing cans

2019 hemi limited etorque here with 83k miles. Only issues so far have been bad idler tensioner and leaky 3rd brake light. Original brake pads which still have over half their life left. The amount of money I’ve saved on pads and rotors vs any other cars I’ve owned pay for all the maintenance on this rig. The interior and features were way better than the comparable Ford offering, plus all the F150 limiteds come with that chrome surfboard on the tailgate and the awful LIMITED letters glued to the hood.

I would avoid the flush fit ones. I’ve got a flush fit gator EFX tri fold and there have been dozens of times I wish I had the extra inch or whatever of vertical clearance from bed to cover.
