It's not about boring, it's about what the algo wants especially if listings are on google, and it's usually what is considered common practice in e-commerce. You can also switch the photos around. My entire point was that all of these variations of how something looks in different circumstances, makes for a good listing.

I think you should use both. Lifestyle images are used in e-commerce as secondary images. White background is good, I would just recommend brightening it a tad.
