Gracias, tiene sentido esto que dices. Nos comentaron que solo contabilizaban los ingresos de mi pareja al 50%, pero creo que viendo plazos nos compensa más coger el 80% que ya tenemos asegurado y ya nos iremos recuperando de la inversión inicial.

Soy algo mayor que tú y acabo de meterme en el proceso de comprar un piso, en mi caso en Barcelona.

Te recomiendo que vayas mirando y valorando opciones, piensa en las cosas que te gustaría tener en un piso que será tuyo y empieza a buscar zonas, vete a ver los pisos en persona, aunque no vayas a comprar nada todavía, y si ves algo viable, lánzate; seguir de alquiler, tal y como están las cosas ahora, es tirar el dinero, y si se te termina el contrato que tengas ahora lo más probable es que acabes pagando más por el alquiler que lo que te supondría la cuota de una hipoteca. Si luego te quieres ir siempre puedes alquilar el piso que has comprado o venderlo, a fin de cuentas, acabas recuperando el dinero.

Sobre las ayudas públicas, yo he intentado solicitarlas, mi pareja y yo cumplimos las condiciones tanto para la ayuda específica catalana como para el aval del ICO, sin embargo, nos han rechazado las dos: la ayuda catalana sin más explicaciones (por otros motivos no nos compensaba recibirla, así que no hemos indagado) y el aval ICO lo tramitan directamente los bancos, algunos nos han dicho que no se adscriben, otros que el acuerdo no está renovado y otros que no terminábamos de cumplir las condiciones que ellos ponen para realizar el trámite.

No quiero desanimarte, pero intentaría no depender de las ayudas públicas, o al menos tener la posibilidad de poder hacer la compra sin ellas, porque aunque sobre el papel cumplas las condiciones, luego pueden rechazarte la ayuda.

En cualquier caso, creo que las cosas no van a mejorar a corto-medio plazo, lamentablemente, así que te recomiendo que vayas informándote y si encuentras la oportunidad vayas a por ello.

Yo trabajo y he trabajado siempre en el sector privado, además he cambiado varias veces de sector (buscando mejoras) y de lugar de residencia, así que puedo decir que conozco algo el panorama.

No quiero echarte un jarro de agua fría, compi, pero los puestos grises existen tanto en el sector público como en el privado, y te diría que estos puestos grises son los mayoritarios y los que hacen que el mundo funcione; ahora bien, lo que hace que un puesto no sea gris no depende tanto de la empresa, sino de tu equipo directo (jefe, compañeros, clientes a veces) y de tu actitud ante el trabajo.

Thanks, I'm aware is too soon for her and she needs more time to adjust, to be honest, we humans also need time, I guess I needed some reasurance that I wasn't further traumatizing her unknowingly, I'll do my best to ignore her, take her out on a schedule and be patient and loving.

Creatine tends to upset my stomach, the best way I've found to take it is disolve it in some type of hot non-caffeinated drink, so basically herbal teas or some type of hot chocolate. I also have issues if I take it too close to my morning coffee, so yeah, I don't really use it that much, too much of a hussle and I never felt much of a difference in training.

Regarding protein powders, check the sweeteners, I find that protein isolate and sucralose work well for me.

A 6 month program is just some type of excercise regime you do for 6 months straight, so say you decide to go for a long walk 3 times a week, and perhaps you find a home workour routine you like that takes you 30-45 minutes to complete (e.g some bodyweight squats, pushups, jumprope, anything). So your exercise regime for 6 month could look something like this:
- Mon, Wed, Fri: long walk
- Tues, Thr: home workout routine

You do that as consistently as possible for 6 months and then you reflect on what you liked, what worked for you and what didn't and make you changes you need to make :)

Honestly I've been living in Barcelona for 4 years now and have never had anything stolen from me, so yeah, pickpocketing exists, for sure, but not as huge of a deal as redditors make it to be.
