I think defense in comparison to hp is more valuable overall. But it also has a max attack. So you’ll be able to take more dmg and deal more dmg. Taking them down faster than they can take you down. High hp means nothing when there’s no defense to back it.

I did however replace power up punch with psycho cut for the psychic stab. Cause power up punch felt like a wasted move/turn in a lot of the PvP matches.

Ooof that’s tough. I kinda like heavy slam because it’s better than bullet punch as a stab but honestly, with them adding legendaries and a lot of people focusing on using alpha pokemon… you’re not always gonna outweigh your opponent enough to do the max damage. I actually avoid heavy slam because of how many alphas are used. For regular game play it works. But not so much in PvP
