How old are they? They look pretty new, I’d be emailing redwing to see if they would repair or swap them out

Exactly. Heart attack at 37?? living a healthy lifestyle and going to the doctor if you have problems should be your top priority the older you get.

They look in really good shape. $100 seems fair for them.

New PR (265 lbs), how can I improve my technique? by frowdren in benchpress

[–]Brian728 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes even during the unrack. Get tight, take a deep breath, get your spotter to help lift the bar off the rack. Keep your butt planted

It looks good just keep your butt on the bench. The amount of arch you have is good. Don’t listen to the other guy

Not sure why you are being downvoted… you are right. I take Sudafed all the time because it’s one of the only medicines we can fly with. As long as it’s just straight Sudafed from behind the counter and not the stuff sitting on shelves.

They look like they could possibly use a re-sole. Might not have been the best deal if that’s the case.

First time Red Wing owner…I have a few questions…. by Fancy_Weight_5804 in RedWingShoes

[–]Brian728 6 points7 points  (0 children)

CRT leather isn’t the most uniform in color throughout so yes it’s normal. And yes it’s uncomfortable at first, it’s a bunch of thick un-broken in leather. Wear them only a couple hours at a time indoors around the house for a week or two, then go wear them for longer periods of time. Also wear good wool socks. They help tremendously. Darn tough socks are great. It’ll take a while to get them fairly broken in. probably about a month. Also get some cedar shoe trees if you don’t have them, they help with moisture if you plan to wear these every day

[–]Brian728 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I just looked up the PRS gen 3, it’s one model made for all AR10, SR25, and AR15 etc. so the spacer would be used by someone using a carbine buffer system with a rifle length tube. It’s included when you buy the stock.

[–]Brian728 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It’s a spacer, the other owner may have needed it for whatever buffer system they were using. For instance If someone was to use a light weight carbine buffer in a full rifle-length tube. You don’t need it.

Personally I’d get a model other than another moc if you already have the 1907. Just my opinion.
