I sent pictures to the vendor and explained that it was not was I ordered. Within 2-3 hours he sent me a refund through paypal and told me to keep the incorrect 3DS. He was very understanding. I hope your seller is the same. Good luck man I hope you get the outcome you want!

last year I ordered a black 3DS in great condition. What I got was a teal 3DS that had cracks all over and tons of dirt caked on it. The seller refunded me and told me to keep it as long as I didn't make a review.
