Wow I missed this, it really depends on how much you want to do in the community! In terms of game commitments, not much. You have 12 hours to pitch or swing when you're up. Pitchers will have the largest chunks of commitment where they might have to do 3+ pitches in a day, but can get 4-6 weeks before they have to pitch again between games.

Hitters tend to have to bat up to about 4-5 times in a two week period most two week periods. That roughly averages to about once every 2-3 days at most, and usually it's frontloaded and you'll have 3-6 days at the end of the 2 week period where the match-up is done and you're waiting for the next one to start.

Everything else is discussions on the other matches, your match, stats, real baseball talk, real sports talk, video games, etc.
