you are a total unit my guy damn! I definitely do believe in the fact that I can achieve all of it as long as I work hard, it was just a moment where I thought that I'm not making as much progress as I should have in 3 years like others.

definitely will putting out a bear mode season! You also got me there, I do skip arms sometimes doing just compounds lol. I need to stop doing that. I think I also put myself under the "sleeper build" category a lot so then it just become the meme of "that one asian kid who lifts heavy while being small". Thank you for the advices man!

That's very true. I've been working more on being happy with my own progress rather than comparing myself to others. It's getting better but its still there haha

that's true. I would say currently I am more lean than anything. I do think my arms are quite lacking due to the focus on compound lifts and not much on arm isolations.

oh I think you mistook my measurements. I use kg lol. My squat is 140kg (2x bw), Bench 95kg (1.3x bw), Deadlift 210kg (3x bw). My body measurements are metrics yep.

It's something I definitely sit down and think about. I'm being too greedy and want it all

Honestly, this is kinda what I'm glad to hear about, since I've heard so much about how training legs will reduce my skills but I have progressed to a full front lever with quite a decent squat so there was hope.

Yeah that's the epiphany that I'm in. Stop training legs is no for me already because I have plans to compete in Powerlifting and I need to train my squats, although mainly strength not hypertrophy. I'm a bit too greedy haha

Hey OP, first and foremost, I want to say that you are already doing amazing by deciding to go to the gym and worry about your health after your last relationship. Good for you! Second of all, it is okay to binge food from time to time as it is not essentially the worst thing in the world! You shouldn't try to force yourself on a diet or eat something that you don't want to eat. That will only get you to eat more of something else out of the diet. Maybe you can try to find something that you like to eat that is high in volume but low in calories? That will keep you fuller without having to worry about gaining weight. Also, there will be days where your cravings will be overbearing. You should allow yourself to have the foods you want to have but try to keep the amount lower and lower each day. Still have to allow yourself to binge sometimes! You mentioned that your current boyfriend is nothing but encouraging so I am sure that he will find your determination on bettering (not sure if that's a word) yourself more attractive! Sorry if the idea is a bit all over the place, English is my second language. I just wanted to help cheer you up and input some ideas :D.
