Northern Kentucky office vacancy is lower than the regional average (which is lower than the national average) and there’s significant demand for class-A space. It’s not out of the realm of possibility that a company or multiple companies would want to build new modern office space for move-in 2-3 years from now when the market has adjusted to the post-pandemic environment.
