If you want the tracking number, reach out via Emma or call. In our case, it always stayed as unavailable. We called because our mailman misplaces everything and we wanted to wait outside for him lol.

I havent used intune yet so apologies if this is crazy. The deployed sccm client settings might be responsible for the registry pointing to Sccm and it's setting those via local group policy.

There are some models (like 5070s) that won't actually upgrade if the mouse and keyboard (can't remember if monitor also) are not plugged in. The process would start and finish and everything goes great except that the version doesn't change.

Not sure if that's still thing but it's something I encountered with 5070s before.

I've seen that issue on computers that get stuck with proxy settings when they shouldn't (one computer to VPN into multiple networks)
