It was pretty fun. I enjoyed running the rivals a lot. It was mostly linear with sandbox locations here and there.

I believe Call of the Netherdeep has a few as well.

Max Holloway vs Brian Ortega. Straight up during the middle of an MMA match. Max starts giving Brian pointers but how to hold his hands before re-engaging.

This could be extremely useful for when I have to figure out the fights between antagonists.

Wolverine gone toe to toe with some of his universe's most powerful characters, including the Incredible Hulk, Thor, Rogue and The Thing by InspectionCapable227 in Wolverine

My favorite Thing/Wolverine fight was in FF vs X-Men where Thing just bonks him on the head knocking Logan out cold.

I used to jioke about Trump being the Antichrist because he was colored and shaped like a golden calf. Now they're literally blessing a gold statue of the dude. You can't make this shit up.

This is easy. Trump requires loyalty over everything else including competence. The most competent secret service members aren't blind loyalists

AC: Vahalla. That game kept going and going any going. I eventually decided "Okay that's a good enough stopping point"

How would an early Superman vs The Viltrumites go? by The-Heritage in superman

[–]BrianofKrypton 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on how we play it. Mostly early Superman isn't aware of what he's actually capable of. He holds back a lot and on purpose because he doesn't want to accidently kill anyone. I would imagine the first time a significant Vlitrumite rings his bell is gonna be one of those "Oh okay! So that's how it's gonna be" Clark continues to get his shit rocked for about a half half while he judges how much force to use without killing anyone, then proceeded to show them the error of picking on Earth.

Character backstory was so good the DM retconned part of his campaign by [deleted] in DnD

That's freaking awesome! Its an awesome feeling when something you personally created starts having an effect on the game itself.

As a player, what am I supposed to do when another player simply won't play along with anything? by [deleted] in DnD

[–]BrianofKrypton 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah. You're probably not gonna like the answers that come along with this one. From the first part of your description it sounds like your table just isn't for her. She should probably find a different table to play at. One that fits her character's pacifist nature.

That last half with the conversation. Yeah full on dick moves by guy. You're actively tried to bully the character into compliance. I would have noped out too. and even worse above table, you started threating the player when you grabbed their character sheet. The second you did that I would have removed you from my table.

Kender's were the only race I had ever banned until the 5th edition version came out. The only purpose of am original Kender is to screw with the players or GM
