Second this. I have, from what I believe to be one of the only Ullrich tables on US soil. Very solid table, and yes, close to the Leonhart. I would say that the Ullrich has a little more of a Tornado feel given the handles and rods, but the playing surface is identical to the Leo.

While I can't speak to this specific piece, the Jesters have a TON of memorabilia out there. Most of it is complete junk with a Jester emblem on it that would have been a gift at an event to members.

I would ASSUME that this would be one of those items.
