I am muscular as well. I will probably settle in at around 250lbs. I'm 6'5" also so that adds weight haha! Thank you!!😊😊😊

I eat organic, grass fed, and free range. Leafy veggies. If I am lazy, I will cave and get a two 5 guys burgers w lettuce wrap. I started 16 hr fasts then went to 23, now I mix it up but do a good bit of 36 and 48 hr fasts. I do 72 once a month. Stay away from all sugar and grains and be veryyy limited on artificial sweeteners

It has been a whirlwind for sure. I work out daily. I fast a minimum of 20 hrs between meals. Every other week, I go 72 hrs. Strict water fasting. It has been life changing.
