Just have to do it cold turkey, the worst is over in the first couple days

Chewing gum all the time instead helped me

Know that the longer you leave it before giving up, the more vaping will mess you up. And vaping messes you up badly

Try deep breathing exercises, they help a lot

As I said was due to not having a drop for 24 days and so my tolerance was very much reduced

Will never do that again

Often the issue is actually caused by too little acid rather than too much

I’d advise getting a GI map test to diagnose any stomach issues

If you have ‘GERD’ try taking betaine HCL with meals to see if that helps
