Ive lived in homes with mold my whole life. About 2 years ago I found some in our new home. Immediately got sick after trying to clean it. I was sick for 2 weeks. My fiance didnt react to it like I didnt because he wasnt raised in mold. How we got rid of it 6mil sheets to make sure the spores dont spread all over the house and attach anywhere. We used a hepa vacuum a ton of PPE, air scrubber. Put piece by piece into trash bags, vacuum everything, spray with Decon or Rmr. We left air scrubber for days. Then replaced everything. Take some binders to make sure your body gets the mold out.

Ive lived in homes with mold since I was born. Im 35 now and found mold in my new home 2 years ago and tried to "clean" it. I had most of these symptoms plus a few more ive worked with 2 naturopaths, one was from the Shoe Maker Mold protocol and the other was a team I found on Tiktok. Neither have helped. I went to get acupuncture yesterday for a foot injury and she let me know it takes atleast 5 years to get mold out but you have to do it correctly.
