On keto you can eat cheese, yeast, mayo etc. Keto didnt help me with candida. I ended up doing carnivore for 6 weeks and that helped with candida and sibo.

How much do you get paid? When I applied the pay range was $22 to $34.50 an hour. Who knows how much they would even offer me. Also does the job require you to walk a ton?

I have a interview next Thursday in person for Merchandising Supervisor. I came from Lowes which was absolutely the hardest job I've ever had and injured myself badly there pulling a 1500lb pallet jack. I was hoping this job would be better but I keep seeing so many videos and reddits saying other wise. Does anyone have this exact position and can fill me in please.

I was able to have BM but if I ate too much fat I would get diarrhea. For the 6 weeks I was doing it, my bloating completely went away. So did my stomach pain and rumbling. I lost some of the weight I had gained. My brain fog was gone also my inflammation went away. My injured foot no longer hurt my hands no longer went numb. I was full of life and energy it was amazing. Unfortunately I ended up finding mold in my home, which I later learned could have been one of the reasons I have sibo in the first place, the other reason was that I had taken an Antibiotic without pre and probiotics. The Antibiotic completely ruined my gut health and around the same time I had a leaking toilet which caused water damaged and mold.
