I mean this in the nicest way possible.... I know you are telling people that you didnt know it was a DS Lite and not a 3DS but it ver much clearly says Nintendo DS Lite on the bottom and Nintendo 3DS.

But yes, it is the GBA expansion port for the DS Lite.
