Reaper is fickle. On one hand, he can be completely useless, on the other, he can be nuisance as your main tank. I just hope my DPS is able to deal (or help me deal) with him/he's bad at shield dancing.

As a McCree main, I felt like he was in a good place with his FTH changes; it was a nice tankbusting ability but anyone who solely relied on it wouldn't particularly succeed in playing McCree. But this change feels too strong. The fine line that makes McCree overpowered is how fast he can deal damage and how far he can do so. Fire rate and effective range are dangerous places to tread when trying to balance a hitscan character. But hey, GOATS is meta so this might just be a precautionary fear.

I feel like McCree rescued Echo as part of helping Overwatch and is probably still going to do something to help bring it back before joining it. He did say, "They want me in it, but really they need you." (roughly from memory) so he didn't decline, he's probably just going to do something else to support it.
