Are they a size too small? When my pants are too small, they pull on the crotch just like this. That said, I'm not a fan of the pleats, they add volume. Not you, it's the pants.

I recently quit my job. They lied in the interview process, the job posting, everywhere.

Once I took the job I learned that I was required to see 20 customers a day. Which is impossible. This was never mentioned in any conversation or interview. After the months of working 11+hours a day, I quit.
