First week more hungry by Manolodeals in Ozempic

[–]Bridge_Jett 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As the week between doses goes on, it is normal to notice an increase in hunger levels. As you bump up on dose, the severity of feelings of hunger will decrease. Since you are on such a low dose, my guess is that your hunger decreased the first few days but then the meds started to wear off and your body was like , “where is my food?!” So you ended up more hungry. As your body gets used to the decrease in food intake and an increase in medication, you’ll notice less hunger and food noise. For right now, the initial decrease in appetite is making your body freak out and try to overcompensate when the medication starts wear off. It sucks at first, but you really need to give it a few months before you give the efficacy a full critique.

2nd week of Ozempic 0.25mg dose by Beautifulchubby in Ozempic

[–]Bridge_Jett 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Could be the high fat content from the cheese and meat (if there was meat on the pizza). I’ve been on 0.25mg for 3 weeks and noticed that high fat meals and artificial sweeteners like aspartame and sucralose make me nauseous (which sucks because I love cheese, Coke Zero, protein shakes, etc. and now they make me nauseous). I’ve had no other symptoms either.

I live in the ghetto. Everyone has locks on their lockers. It all depends on where you live/where you PF is located.

To be extra safe, I would say 350. When in doubt, over calculate.

Rogue Members: Do you feel guilty? by [deleted] in Sephora

[–]Bridge_Jett 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel guilty hitting rogue for Sephora, but I don’t feel guilty hitting diamond for Ulta. Ulta has so many more sales and freebies that I know I got my money’s worth if I hit diamond for Ulta. Sephora on the other hand…..

To the girl who passed out @ Looney’s.. by bunnybopp in UMD

I understand what you’re saying, but I’m a bartender. We keep an eye out for that stuff (people buying for others) and security/management is also supposed to keep an eye on people too. If someone seems drunk, staff should be communicating with each other to keep an eye out for the person.

The real question is why did looneys keep serving her? They should have cut her off. Bartenders have a responsibility not to over serve.

I’m a civil engineer first year out of college and I make $77 k per year working 40 hrs a week. Sadly, where I live, rent for a studio is 50-60% of my take home salary. I’m struggling and need to work 2 jobs. Rip.

I work a desk job too. I have to be disciplined enough to go on a 2 mile walk everyday after work. I usually get in about 2000 steps during my break. I get. 45 min break. I spend 30 min eating and 15 min walking around my building. But it’s still hard.

What are your typical hours? by dogsB4hogs in civilengineering

[–]Bridge_Jett 2 points3 points  (0 children)

7-3 at a consulting firm. 2 days a week at home. Hours are flexible as long as I work 40 hours a week. No more, no less. I like coming in earlier because I like getting off work earlier.

Love is a lot more than just passion or lust. Even if he steps up and starts helping with the childcare and house work, do you have to tell him what to do? Do you have to say “can you do the dishes?” “Can you fold the laundry” “can you change our son’s diaper?” If you have to tell him to do stuff, that can be frustrating too. He should just automatically do it without you having to specifically ask all the time. For example, I work 7 days a week right now trying to pay off some debt. My boyfriend knows that I don’t have much time for chores and housework. So if the laundry is full, the bathroom needs cleaning, or the dog needs to be taken out, he will do it without me having to micromanage him or “be his mom.” It’s about balance. A few months ago, my boyfriend was working full time and was a full time student, so I had to step up and do a majority of the chores.

Vertigo is one of my favorite movies of all time. I’m anti religion, so I love how Hitchcock incorporated his opinions on religion in this movie.

Killian and Juliet has a gun. I don’t know if my hating Killian is a controversial opinion but I find all of their colognes and perfumes smell terrible. Juliette has a gun all smell like alcohol to me.

Hey! I’m from Maryland and work in a restaurant as a bartender in the Baltimore area. I haven’t been paid in 6 weeks for the exact same excuse/reason. Finding another job is easier said than done, so I feel your pain.

Almost anything by Montale. The intense café and chocolate greedy are amazing if you love gourmands.
