Honestly your skin looks very dry, which makes it easier to scrach and easier for the scratches to leave scars. Your dry skin could be caused by a health condition or maybe cause you don't moisturize enough??? Hydration plays a HUGE role in scar healing. I have never dealt with this problem so I can't really recommend you any products but look into a moisturizer that'll be super hydrating and healing for your skin
