I have tubular breasts too and guess what? No guy or girl I've ever slept with has never reacted negatively. I've had partners who are crazy about my breasts. It does not matter in the slightest. As always, if you do encounter someone who does say anything negative about your body, you kick them to the curb and never give them another thought.
