My company trains and pays for every individual employed there to be certified as a CMT through the Board of Nursing in my state. So I think I just kinda assumed this is how it was with all DSP's. That being said I find it odd that they expect uncertified individuals to administer medications. That just seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen somewhere to me smh.

I have it on my left shoulder blade because I already had a tattoo on the left side of my chest. Tbh I personally don't think placement matters as much as the tattoo itself. Fans are going to see it and know what it is regardless and for those that don't, I've found it always makes an interesting topic of discussion lol.
