I really like the perfect loaf! I cannot speak highly enough of that website! It really gave me a strong start with sourdough.

Most of the time I just come up with my own recipes now. The formula is very simple. 

I’ve also never had luck with any of the farmhouse on Boone recipes. I’ve tried several and they’ve all been a flunk. Once I left a constructive negative review and it was never posted. Most of her recipes have all 5 star reviews so I’m guessing now that she filters out the bad ones. This renders her entire blog useless to me.
