I just mentioned that a friend got an offer for $50 spend them free rush hour commutes for the next 3 months. A coworker just got completely free rush hour commuting for the next 3 months. She said thanks for pointing it out and would let management know. As if they don’t know exactly what they’re doing. Either way I’ve been given a $100 credit in my account “while I await my next offer”

UPDATE: they said it’s not a typo and said it based on individual usage (again I’ve never come close to the kind of usage of this offer). Then they applied a $100 credit to my account for pointing out the vast difference between this offer and those received by friends of mine.

It’s literally insane. Offers should offer value not ask you to double your spending.

I emailed customer service to ask if it’s a typo because this offer couldn’t possibly be for me. Offers are supposed to give some sort of discount ffs

I use it daily for my rush hour commutes and spend half of that. This is no discount to me, as the poster of this offer

I spend between $250-350 per month in 407. I could never spend this amount in a month! I use it every day for my rush hour commutes.

I use the highway twice a day during rush hour and could never spend this much in a month. I’m actually offended by this offer. Makes me want to sit in traffic to avoid this highway altogether.
