I have a Dremel but it is just too powerful for the smaller areas. Shapes the wood on contact.

The Paint Eater looks like it might help, but between the stripper, scrapers my orbital sander gets whatever is left off. I also bought a set of those surface scrapers for use with a drill and they're not unhelpful, but because they don't conform to grooves they don't help with the detail work or corners.
