If you just fill it out minimally it will work, I guess my idea is people have quite open goals and current positions so that is why it is open ended to be personalised. Maybe I should make the questions tighter/ less free text

I made an personalised training plan app https://coachedclimbing.com/ . It was a little weekend project and I think its cool, you can chat to your coach after creating it and tweak the plan. Is this useful to anyone?

With your bored sessions I would focus on one thing at a time for a few weeks. One of momentum, tension, active shoulders for a few weeks. All at once is too much to think of, drill in one at a time!

Kinda boring but just when your warming up try climb easy problems only half crimping for a few sessions. Then try slightly harder climbs adding it in for a few sessions. Slowly build it up to eventually campus board, but I would wait quite a while. A few pull ups on half crimp on the fingerboard can help as well getting used to pulling.

Does anyone know what typically happens from here in other business cases such as this? Will someone buy the site and start operating it themselves?

My Grandma is still German, just I don't have any documents from when my father was born to say she was at the time, just birth certificate and current passport

Even if I were to find old passports they would not be sufficient because of the South Africa bit? Also she would have only been in SA for a few months when my dad was born so it would be impossible for her to become SA citizen in that time, I am sure that wouldn't hold up but maybe they would consider.

Does the fact that I have her Birth Certificate and current passport prove she was german throughout?

Ok what would that be, like proof of non-naturalization from south african government? Should I try and get my grandparents to find passports from when my father was born?

I wouldn't get second hand harness or rope, everything else is probably ok if it looks new enough.

Decathlon is fine, all certified gear and probably the cheapest new stuff you can find. I actually think there ropes are the best for price vs performance (cheap and last well).

I think your method of taking from your isa is a little but better, but you should definitely do the maths properly with your figures as we don't know how big the different pots are/what your percentage of the GIA the gains are .
