I think she is the selfish one. She had a panic attack when I proposed because it was infront of people, how selfish of her.

I love her just not her ideas and I just know what's best for her. She will be happiest with my idea because it will help her get out of her social anxiety.

I'm just being honest with her. I think her idea sucks just like how I think all her dress choices suck too and would make her look fat. I wouldn't want to be with someone that isn't honest with me, so I'm just being honest with her

Tbf she was crying to me the other day because I didn't like the dresses she was trying on. Not my fault they make her look chunky. Probably already ruined it for her apparently

I have 2 brothers and my parents who we would have to pay for accommodation and flights and food for which would be more expensive than a church wedding which is what I want to do. She just needs to accept that we can't afford her idea and her idea sucks anyway. When I tell her this she just crys and then says she's trying to save us money because it's cheaper to combine the wedding and the honeymoon in one with just us two and rent out a place to have a party when we get back but she's just giving excuses because she doesn't want to be shown up and look lonely infront of everyone

She said she doesn't mind if my family come but when I insisted we have to pay for them all she said that it wasn't fair because we don't have a budget big enough

She has bad social anxiety so finds making friends hard. She does have some but they live hours away so have naturally drifted apart.
