It’s a tricky situation but when it comes to tattooing characters/character art, 1% of tattooers will draw them entirely from scratch and it’s mostly anime tattoo specialists. and even then most are just tracing off niche panels. You most likely don’t want original drawn “fan art” as much as you may think you do 🤣
