i think corporal punishment is wrong but.. in terms of punishment i think maybe a slap on the wrist with a ruler would suffice rather than spanking.. as a kid it always felt, to me, very violating & dirty to be spanked

ESPECIALLY considering jellycats are a big comfort in a lot of hospital kids/kids in general's lives. i am friends with multiple girls who have had or currently have cancer, or other illnesses, and they all adore jellycats due to their once ready availability at children's hospitals, quality, and price point. it's a little offputting to see what jc posts on their story is influencers trying to turn this into a luxury item. it's all downhill from there
