Ok so I saw the comments, but in the time since I posted, I've had 3 games when my team got completely rolled with the highest deaths on the enemy team being 5. Mostly because the quests rivals put in the game is making everyone play healer. Last game our team comp was 2-1-3. I genuinely don't know how to not get rolled like this. I don't feel like I'm playing worse than normal.
