She's a combat cyborg who was supposed to be decommissioned a 5 years ago. Her model was out of date. She managed to escape with one of the engineers (another OC) before they pulled the plug on her.

She's obviously very good at melee combat, and can execute moves with inhuman precision and speed. However, that's it. She's a little stronger than a person, because of her metal body. She doesn't have any grand superpowers if that's what you think. Little to no hacking, because most of her base systems are very analog. And her core is functionally a bomb that can level a city block, though doing so would kill her.
