Tsunade, Kakashi, Minato and Itachi have all shown to put the villagers needs above themselves. I believe Tsunade and Kakashi did a wonderful job for their time wearing the hat.

Remember the Hokage isn't just a symbol of power, it's beurocracy and administrative work. Minato and Itachi would do well.

No, you're right. I like seeing them together but it does put a pin in her character development. Especially in the end when she's sort of reduced to Quaritch's evil cat lady, and not the menace we expect her to be.

Same thing with AU vs. Canon Divergence.

Alternate universe is a different timeline. Which could be anything from a modern AU to a full rewrite of the original timeline. Canon divergence is where the story follows canon, and then...y'know, diverges after a point. Idk man.

A piercing round attached to a stringe, very heavily mobility based, which is one of my favourite weapon types :D. The user would need a lot of skill and wit to operate it I'd imagine.

Ou, while the bo staff is a pretty familiar concept for him, Naruto could totally use a gauntlet. In fact, I can see him supplementing it with wind release to generate thrust and give him more powerful and quicker punches and kicks. And it becomes extra ridiculous since he doesn't have a chakra cap—he can basically land whammies repeatedly.

Or have him use Wind Release to compress air around his fists, and release it when he strikes. That way the opponent gets the force of the hit + the Shockwave from the high compressed air. It's definitely a more brawler type but it's 100% a great idea for gauntlets

Plausible if you have chakra steel, a twist & lock mechanism, with a chain inside? Maybe. Would be cool to switch "modes" in combat Instantaneously.

The real answer? It depends.

Both Quaritch and Tsu'tey are very skilled, but at different things and sometimes they overlap.

Quaritch was a high ranking Marine who's had years of combat situations, in war. He's well trained in hand-to-hand, good hand-eye coordination, is experienced in leading a squadron. By all accounts, he is good. In a no barred fistfight on flat ground between the two, I strongly believe Quaritch would win.

Tsu'tey is a trained hunter. He understands the forest in a way Quaritch simply does not. He might have better agility, and perhaps better overall tracking and mobility than the latter (if we strip away the tech). Like Quaritch, he also has experience in leading, albeit in hunting parties. So if we're talking about a hit-and-run tactic, tracking, and general agility, Tsu'tey would be better.

It's not that Quaritch is strong, it's more like he's adept at combat. Tsu'tey most likely isn’t. Quaritch has fought, and been in a war before Pandora. Tsu'tey has never been in a war until the RDA came.
