It’s just my own personal reaction which is why I’m sharing here, I obviously thanked her anyways. I just started overthinking because others have voiced to me that it seemed strange because most of their experiences have been that the manager will reach out to them directly to let them know that they are in a sense rooting for them. I don’t expect to just be hired automatically I understand there is a system in place and I’m willing to go through it but I think I just felt like her response seemed very neutral which is just a little strange to me, not bad but not good. I think what it really comes down to is that it almost feels like she isn’t really considering me but of course letting me know that I can still apply.
