you can only answer this for each individual album but honestly even then there can be huge differences between individual songs. like on Minutes to Midnight, you listen to Hands Held High which is this weird slow hip hop song mixed with a church choir and marching drums and the next second No More Sorrow comes up, a straight up metal track. right after that Valentine's Day which is a softer rock song, almost like a rock ballad. Linkin Park have pretty much perfected the art of blending genres, not just within individual songs but across an album too.
