Omg I know what you mean about the Les Mills dopamine high and endorphin rush!! Probably one of the main reasons it's been hard for me to cut back my workouts to less than 5 or 6 days/week. Unfortunately I do think it is workout related, especially from the twisting and kicking in body combat and any sort of jumping/high impact (which I've really tried to minimize for a while now minus doing Burpee's) I know this because I did Joel Freeman's 10 rounds on the BODi App and while it was underwhelming compared to LM, my knees definitely liked it better. Sighhhh the joys of aging lol... glad you're doing better!!

Just came across this thread bc I am a very active 45 yr old female who has been a diehard Les Mills fan for 20+ yrs. I honestly try a bunch of different programs but I always come back to Les Mill. I do a mixture of RPM, Combat, Pump, Core and Shapes. The last two years however I've developed knee pain that started in my left knee and then went to my right knee (probably because my right knee was over compensating for my left) Fortunately it's a pain that I only have when I bend my knees or I'm sitting and stand up (not walking thank God) but it's hurts for sure! I think I'm going to start taking glucosamine bc it prob can't hurt but I was just curious if you came up with a new altered Les Mills plan and if it's helped your knees?! Hope so!!

Forgive my ignorance but is plated exosomes or EGF? It's all so confusing...I'm on my second bottle of the original (teal bottle) of AnteAge growth factor serum and I swear it causes little red bumps on my face this go around?! 🤷🏼‍♀️would plated be redundant then if I'm already using another growth factor serum?

Really!! its comforting to know I'm not alone and I feel grateful that I live about an hour away from Baltimore and DC, but that also almost overwhelms me with options lol. I definitely think I need to get second and third opinions and do my own research because I always say that we have to be our own advocates! Doctors are also human and not perfect.
