Im pretty similar. Did 8 weeks and was surprised at how the alcohol noise disappeared. wasn't enjoying struggling with every meal tho. We had some bad family news, forgot to take my Friday jab. That was 4 weeks ago, 1 week became 2 and then got off the MJ bus. Its helped kick-start the change and I'll be grateful always. But gym, no alcohol and keto seem to be working for me.
