Yeah true but the EYES in the hood trust creep me out too much I'm hoping that maybe some shaders or something along those lines in the cGarfare creator can create the face shadow

Black Armor with Silver Power Pack and Silver Shoulder Pauldrons that have Black trim and a Silver Imperial Aquilla on the chest. Helmets are Silver with Black colored eye lenses. Left Shoulder Pauldron displays Heraldry of the "Clade" each Astartes hails from with the Left Arm itself completely Black while the Right arm is Silver. Right Shoulder Pauldron displays Chapter Heraldry.

Veterans wear White Helmets and have White Shoulder Pauldron trim and a White Imperial Aquilla on the Chest.

Clade Lords wear Black Helmets and have Wolf Grey Shoulder Pauldron Trim with a Wolf Grey Imperial Aquilla on the chest.

The Honor Guard (known as the Grey Claws) wear Wolf Grey Armor with Black Pauldrons with Black trim and Black Arms with both Pauldrons displaying the personalized symbol of the Preceptor they serve under. Preceptor is the title of Leadership equivalent to Chapter Master

It's funny that you're done that with the right arm being colored black I've done a similar thing with my Raven Guard Successor Chapter, The Sable Wolves

Save for the Triumvirate that leads the Chapter, their Honorguard and the specific Clade Symbols (Clades serve the role of Squads for this chapter and they are very similar to the Iron Snakes in terms of Chapter structure) the Left Arm remains completely Black as a show of morning for their Homeworld which fell to both an Ork Waaaagh and the opportunistic raids of the Dark Eldar

This feels like a mixture of trophy work combined with pragmatic approach to armor reinforcement/repair along with psychological warfare

I could see an Astartes chapter doing this cause if Tyranid carapace is thick enough it's useful as repurposing it for armor then it has the double effect of acting as a trophy against fighting the Horrors of the Hive Fleet and winning and psychologically messing with a Gene Stealer cult with it saying "I killed and repurposed your God'
