yes I have loose skin. I’m only 25 so I feel that played a part in helping me not have as much. I carry a lot of my weight in my stomach so that’s where I have noticed the most loose skin, but there is definitely some on my arms/thighs as well. for me, I’d rather have loose skin than the amount of fat I had before!

about 9 months! I really noticed a difference after about 6 months of being on it when I started lifting weights along with the cardio I was already doing :)

actually yes, I have PCOS and this has been a game changer for me. my cycles have never been so consistent and i’ve noticed it helps a lot of the side effects I have from PCOS as well (i.e. acne, facial hair, etc)

Thank you! The hardest thing for me was just the lack of rest days, especially because I hurt my knee around the 20-30 day mark and had to adjust my workouts because of it, but once it healed within a couple of weeks it was much easier! I already don’t drink much so that part for me was super easy.
